Guest Management

Guests are the people staying at your property. Each guest has a profile with their contact details, booking history, and payment records. Navigate to Dashboard > Guests to see your guest list.

Adding a Guest

Click Add Guest and enter their name, email, and phone number. The email is required if you want them to access the self-service portal. You can also add an address and internal notes.

Guest History

Click any guest to see their full history — past and current bookings, invoices, payments, and communications. This gives you a complete picture of your relationship with each guest.
