Self-Service Portal

The guest portal lets your guests log in to view their bookings, download invoices, make payments, and update their profile — all without contacting you. This saves time for both you and your guests.

How Guests Access the Portal

Guests access the portal at /portal on your LodgeKit URL. They log in with their email address and a password. You can send them a portal invitation from their guest profile, which includes a link to set their password.

Portal Features

From the portal, guests can: view current and past bookings, download invoice PDFs, make payments online (via Stripe if connected), view payment history, and update their contact details.

Portal Customisation

The portal uses your organisation's branding automatically. Your logo and business name appear in the header. The portal is fully responsive and works on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
