Organisation Settings
Your organisation settings control how LodgeKit works for your property. Navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Organisation to configure your business name, timezone, currency, and billing preferences.
General Settings
Set your organisation name (shown on invoices and the guest portal), timezone (used for booking dates and reports), and default currency. These are set during signup but can be changed at any time.
User Management
Invite team members to your LodgeKit organisation from the Settings page. Assign roles: Admin (full access) or Staff (limited to day-to-day operations). Each user gets their own login credentials.
Security
LodgeKit enforces strong password requirements, account lockout after failed login attempts, and session timeouts. Admins can view the security log to see login attempts and account changes.
